COCHON555 Miami

Wonderful display of porkmanship at Cochon555 Miami where WINNER Chef Paula Dasilva from Artisan Beach House at Ritz Carlton Bal Harbor was crowned Princess of Pork! πŸ‘ΈπŸ»πŸ–

Cochon555 Tour, 5 Chefs, 5 Pigs, 5 Winemakers passed through Miami this weekend with an epic Heritage BBQ at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. Cochon555 is a great event for a good cause. This pork fest travels around the country promoting Natural Sustainable Family Farming and Heritage Breed Pigs. It brings together the best chefs in every city in a friendly competition that advocates proper food practices, using only the best ingredients. Even butchering is an art when done right. As well as, the importance of using the whole animal, nose-to-tail. Too many people now-a-days don't understand food culture and its true origination. Events like this help educate people about the importance of proper food sourcing. For more information check-out www.cochon555.com and feed the pig www.piggy-bank.org
