Cochon555 Tour, 5 Chefs, 5 Pigs, 5 Winemakers passed through Miami this weekend with an epic Heritage BBQ at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. Cochon555 is a great event for a good cause. This pork fest travels around the country promoting Natural Sustainable Family Farming and Heritage Breed Pigs. It brings together the best chefs in every city in a friendly competition that advocates proper food practices, using only the best ingredients. Even butchering is an art when done right.
