ON FRIDAY: April 1st, ASIAN SPEAKEASY Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea and The Federal, will host a Late-Nite Asian Speakeasy. A very intimate guest chef Pop-Up featuring five notable chefs collaborating on a family-style feast paying homage to their favorite Chinese, Sichuan, Korean, Thai and Japanese restaurants. The 2-hour experience begins with a reception of hand-crafted punches followed by multiple courses of exquisitely paired beverages with Far-East flavors. Reception at 9pm, dinner follows at 9:30pm.
ON SATURDAY: April 2nd, CHEF'S COURSE Brady Lowe teams up Michael Fiorello and a motley crew at Beachcraft for a five-course dinner series that brings together notable chefs, world-renowned winemakers and beverage experts to create an interactive dining experience celebrating responsible agriculture. Each dinner begins with a welcome reception including thoughtful canapés followed by introductions of each course by the city’s most prominent chefs. Dinner at 6:30pm, followed by 7pm seating. ON SUNDAY: April 3rd, COCHON 555 THE MAIN EVENT! Porc lovers will gather at Ritz-Carlton South Beach as they play host to the 8th annual Cochon555 Tour as it stops in Miami. This culinary competition features five notable chefs going head-to-head with five heritage breed pigs from nose-to-tail. In addition to the chefs whipping up the most creative dishes to win votes from a hungry audience, Cochon555 will also feature five winemakers, five barkeeps competing with punches, a selection of artisan cheeses, five sommeliers, oysters, tartar bar, Perfect Manhattan and 1942 Margarita Experiences, a Tiki Bar, a Heritage Rum Cart and much more to round out the perfect porcine experience. Cochon555 could expand the walls to accommodate more ticketed guests but have decided to max out and just sell a mere 200 tickets so guests can rack up intimate and interactive experiences with notable chefs and artisan producers. Best yet, VIP guests get an additional 60 minutes of flavor-packed action.
