Featuring a full tasting of a broad spectrum of Ommegang brews paired with culinary creations from Miami's top chefs including David Hackett (The Biltmore Hotel), Alan Hughes (Embassy of Well Being and Debauchery,) Jacob Anaya (OTC), Sean Brasel (Meat Market),Andreu Silverman (Route 9), Michell Sanchez (Latin House Grill), Jason Pringle (DB Bistro) and Michael Meuse (Doubletree Hotel). Each chef will create one dish showcasing their imaginative beer and food pairing skills.
